Spam and how to manage it

  1. If a Web Hosting has already been contracted in my.creativekit.es.

  2. Access the Customer Area.

  3. Click on Login to cPanel.



  4. Click on Spam Filters.



  5. Choose the desired option:

    • Move new spam to another folder (Recommended):
      To move all the messages you receive as SPAM to a separate folder.




    • Delete new spam automatically (Not recommended):
      To automatically delete all emails that the system considers SPAM.
      Attention! Emails are not filtered as Spam due to conditions imposed by our server. If any email account that may be of interest to us has had more emails than desired by any list for a period of time, its reputation may drop and consequently be eliminated directly by the server, therefore this option is not recommended.



  6. If you want to change the spam filter, so, if you want to change how strict the system is to consider a mail SPAM or not.

  7. Press on Spam Threshold(required_score).




  8. By default, there are 6 possible choices, each, with different levels.




  9. When you have chosen the option that best suits you, click on Apply scoring options.
