- Delete emails globally by accessing your cPanel through our tool my.creativekit.es.
- Click on your service (hosting) that contains the email accounts.
- Once the hosting service where we have the emails, you must press Enter in cPanel located on the left side of the screen.
- When entering your cPanel, all the available functions will appear to be able to manage your hosting.
- Click Email Disk Usage.
- On this screen it will give you some information about your e-mails:
- Account - All available email accounts Disk Usage - The amount of space used by each mailbox
- Manage - Option 4 will appear to be able to delete emails globally under certain conditions.
- Messages to delete - The different conditions that the mails you want to delete meet.
- The custom query option allows you to delete emails with very specific filters through Dovecot.
Warning!
Once deleted the emails will not be recoverable.
