- From the my.creativekit customer area.
- Access the cPanel of your hosting from which you want to forward emails.
- In the Email section click Forwarders.
- When pressing Forwarders, a screen like the one at the bottom will appear.
- Click Add Forwarder.
- To add the address from where you want to redirect the mail, you have to do it from box 1 shown in the image below (you can only redirect email accounts associated with this hosting).
- Add the address where you want to forward the emails received at the above address in box 2.
- Click Add Forwarder.
